For Biotech Leaders

Help shape a new investment and patient-impact enterprise. Vie Impact invites experienced biotechnology executives, investors, and life-sciences leaders to contribute capital, expertise, relationships, and perspective to a cross-autoimmune effort built on rigorous investment discipline and shared scientific opportunity.

For Families

When autoimmune or immune-mediated disease touches a family, the desire to act often extends beyond annual giving. Vie Impact offers a way to support therapeutic innovation across diseases while seeking to build future philanthropic resources for the causes and organizations that matter most.

Building capital for future philanthropy

Vie Impact is designed to do more than connect capital with a therapeutic mission. Successful biotechnology investments may create or expand pools of charitable capital that can support research, patient programs, and disease-focused organizations over time. The investment strategy seeks competitive returns with other attributes consistent with investment in biotechnology.

Two principal philanthropic participation pathways

Charitable capital first

A donor-advised fund sponsor or family foundation may invest eligible charitable assets in Vie Impact. Any investment distributions belong to the charitable investor and can support future eligible grantmaking.

Invest privately; intend to give later

A participant invests private capital with the intention of directing future distributions—including returned capital and gains—to a donor-advised fund for subsequent charitable giving. The intended gift is a personal choice, not an irrevocable obligation.

Private returns

Vie also makes available pathways for eligible investors who prefer conventional private investment and privately retained returns.

Executive Advisors

Vie works with experienced biotechnology and life-sciences leaders who invest alongside families and contribute perspective, relationships, and experience to the Vie community and development of the broader enterprise. These Executive Advisors serve in an advisory capacity, and the responsibility for investment decisions remains with Vie’s Managing Directors.
